2. Data collection on this website
Cookies & Sessions
We use technically necessary session cookies to maintain your cart across pages and to identify you after login. These cookies are deleted after closing the browser or logging out. No tracking or marketing cookies are set.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server logs sent by your browser: browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address (anonymized), timestamp. This data is used solely for technical stability and is deleted after 7 days.
3. Account & Orders
When you register, we store: first and last name, email address, encrypted password (bcrypt hash), optionally shipping address and phone number. We use this data exclusively for contract processing (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
4. Newsletter
When you sign up for the Inner Circle, we store your email address for sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by sending us a message.
5. Payment processing (Stripe)
For payment processing we use Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Stripe processes your payment data (credit card number, IBAN, etc.) under their own responsibility according to their own privacy policy. We do not receive complete payment data. 6. Shipping providers
For delivery we transmit your name, shipping address and phone number to our shipping partners (DHL, UPS).

You have the right at any time to:

8. Storage period
Account data is stored as long as your account exists. Order data is kept for 10 years (legal retention periods). Newsletter data until unsubscription. Log files 7 days.
