30-day return policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return unworn pieces in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns within Germany are free of charge.
How it works
- Send a short email to hello@berkantyazgan.com with your order number.
- We send you a return label within 24h.
- Print the label, stick it on the package and drop it off at your nearest DHL point.
- As soon as the return arrives, we refund the amount within 5 business days.
Heritage Quality Warranty
On all Heritage Pieces we grant a 6-month warranty on embroidery, stitching and fabric. If anything is wrong, we will send you a new piece — no questions asked.
What cannot be returned
- Worn or washed pieces
- Pieces without original tags and hangtags
- Custom pieces or personalized orders
- Pieces after the 30-day period
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Our 30-day promise goes beyond this. Details in our Terms.
